i have discovered this small tree, 2 meters tall, growing on my property. As it is a rare and endangered species i would like to know how to propagate this species. It is flowering now.

Commendable approach. Collecting and sowing the seed would be the way to go. Highest germination rates seem to be achieved by scratching the seed coat (nicking the bottom with a knife or rubbing between sandpaper) then soaking in water, or else just soaking for half a minute in near-boiling water.
